Summary
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with a special interest in the management of metabolic syndromes, such as type 2 diabetes and obesity to join us in supporting our members to reset their health.
This is a unique opportunity for medical and nursing students, qualified practitioners in the field of medicine, nutrition, psychology, and physical therapy to work with a multidisciplinary group of national and international leaders in the field of obesity, diabetes, renal disease, dietetics and psychology.
This is a flexible working role that can be fitted around busy work and/or training schedules, with the additional benefit of learning from the best.
You will be joining us as we continue scaling across the UK, with significant personal and professional development opportunities, including research and publication under the supervision of leading London Teaching Hospital consultants.
About Reset Health
Reset Health helps people who are living with type 2 diabetes and obesity to reset their own health. Quickly. Simply. And affordably. We combine medical expertise, smart technology and personal support to help all our members reset.
Our evidence-based individual metabolic programmes use the concept of time-restricted- eating (TRE) and intermittent fasting (IF), in addition to nutritional and exercise guidance to help design an individualised programme.
The Reset Programme is delivered through a dedicated digital platform, fully assisted with AI decision algorithms, as well as physical clinics located at accessible locations, with regular face-to-face or video access to clinical staff.
Our holistic medical delivery model comprises Doctors, Nurses, Nutritionists, Psychologists and is supported by our member incentive programme, Mindset - recognising and rewarding our member and Mentor community.

Mentors & Coaches
Mentors and coaches form the foundation of Reset Health’s support structure, providing our members with accessible guidance throughout their Reset journey.
Members who have successfully “reset” their metabolic health are eligible to participate in our Mentorship programme, which aims to build on the mentors’ Reset experiences to provide effective support and motivation to members undergoing the Reset programme
All Coaches will join us as a Mentor, gaining first hand experience in supporting current members through their Reset journey
Upon successful training, as a Coach, you will make use of the skills & knowledge in your field of expertise to support our growing pools of Mentors, ensuring that they are providing accurate information, support and guidance to our members
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To coach our Mentors who are undergoing their personalised Reset programmes while at same time helping new members
To contribute to the facilitation of the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Mentor programme
To work collaboratively alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team
To take responsibility for self-development on a continual basis, undertaking on-the-job and other training as required, actively seek and participate in peer review of their own practice
Skills & Experience
At least 2 years as a medical / nursing student, or a qualified practitioners in the field of nutrition, psychology, and physical therapy
Passionate about supporting patients living with metabolic health syndrome to achieve remission and regain control of their health
Motivated and forward thinking with excellent communication skills
Passion for providing digital treatment & support
Energetic and proactive, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Confident using technology
Eligible to work in the UK
Schedule
Monday - Sunday, flexible hours
Extended hours with mutual agreement
